The last Month

Our little family
The last 3 weeks have gone by so fast they seem. Paityn is growing bigger and bigger and is such a great baby. the other night she sleep 7 hrs. and i had to wake her up to feed her. Today she had her first real bath and loved it. She is making the cutest little noises and smiles like crazy. We sure do love her so so much.

Tomorrow we get to go to Flagstaff, and wake up way early on Tues. and sit in the hospital while Dad Merritt gets a very serious back surgery. Its a very serious and stressful thing to think about but we want to be there and support him in this serious thing. But on the plus side we get to see my grandma and Aunt. They are coming down to also support my dad. We have been spending what seems like a lot more time with both of our family's.

Well that's about all the time i have to update sorry that there isn't anything else to tell you about maybe as Paityn gets older there will be a Little more to tell you about.

Our new Arrival

So our little girl is finally here. Her name is Paityn Boutear Stucki and she arrived on Sept. 26th 2008, at 7:51 p.m. she weighed in at 6 Lbs. 15 oz. and she is 20.4 in. long. Is the most adorable baby I have ever seen. *but of course i am her mother* Labor for the most part was a sinch however the contraction were a killer. Once the doctor got there to deliver it only took 15 min. & our little one was here. we are so glad she is here. She is healthy and we as a family are doing great and so excitied to have a little baby in our home we are so greatful for the oppurtunity to be able & blessed to have her in our home. Our family is so supportive and as excitied *well almost* as we are. So that all that i have time for right now ive get to go tend to my little ball of joy!!!! So intil next time

Dr. Appt. Today

So we had our 37 week check~up today and we got some good news.... we were told that the baby is dropping and her head is in the right spot we are dialated to a 2 and are thinning out!! we go back in on the 24th and hopeful that will be our last check up and the baby will be here but she will come when she is ready!!! Its so exciting to be so close to having Paityn here. We cant wait and we will keep you all updated when we get more news. love to all.

Our family update

We went to the Doctor on Wednesday, and everything looks good. We go back at 10:30 A.M. On the 16th and there we see how close we are to having Paityn in our arms. We can not wait. Michael is so excited to have a little girl,its funny to talk with him about his little girl being here and how excited you can tell he is. We had our baby shower on 9th of August. Thanks to our friend Ashley who threw it for us it was a great baby shower we got a lot of clothes, diapers, and homemade blankets. and much more. its nice to know we have friends and family that are there for us with support in this time of our life's. Well now we both have a lot to be thankful for. at the beginning of Aug. Michael his brother and his dad went out early in the morning to workout. When they went to ride their bikes like normal routine one of the bikes had a flat tire, so boys being boys came up with the plan to just take 2 bikes and the 3rd person could just take the dirt bike and they would just take turns riding the pedal bikes. well when it became Lunds (Michael's Dad) turn and they were on their way back. Lund had a freak accident. he went in to a Walsh like thing and when he came out on the other side there was a ditch and he ended up flying over the handle bars. He could breath but wouldn't go to the hospital. Thomas took him home and Kathy (Michael's Mom) talked Lund into going into the Hospital. when they got there they found out that he had broken some ribs, had a collapsed lung and a ruptured spleen and was rushed into surgery. Lund pulled through and is doing great. So thank you to all who had him in your prayers.. so on to a brighter note. We have chosen to stay in our house/Kingman for another year. Congratulations to our cousin Kacey and her Husband Gregg on the birth of their little girl. we cant wait to see her. well that's all i can think of for now til next time hope every one is well. love to all

Exciting night

So we had a very exciting night last night. Thomas and Sophia (michaels brother and wife) Had their darling baby girl last night.Miss Charly Ann Stucki.. She is 8 Lb. and 19 in. long and has a lot of hair. so it was a very exciting night. we cant wait til it is our turn to have our baby and share our little bundle of joy with all of our family and friends. it is so exciting to think that we are only 70 days away from having that chance. we go in for our next Dr. appt. on the 6th and see how everything is going... after that appt. we go in every 2 weeks instead of 4 weeks or 3 weeks. its crazy to think that we are that much closer. We are having our baby shower on the 9th of August we know that it seems kinda of early to have our shower but just in case our little one decides to come early we want to make sure that we have everything that we might need to take care of our her. I am so excitied that i have already started working on her scrap book pages. well thats the update for our little family

The Trip & Other Things

So where shall we begin???? lol well let starts with the TRIP!!!! Our first Merritt Family reunion as husband and wife was a good one. We decided to carpool with my parents to help with the driving. So we were going along and we were right outside of St. George when for some reason the gas gage was apparently off and we happen to just run out of gas.... luckily we were only about 20-30 min. away from my brothers house so he brought us gas and we made it to cedar for the night. The next morning we woke up and got on the rode and we where just past Park City when all of a sudden POP!! was what we heard. One of the tires on the trailer decided to blow it was a mess. It tore the finder off of the trailer and blow a huge hole in the wheel well. So we got that changed continued on our way. So we finally got to Bedford Wyoming. HOW EXCITING!!! we got to hangout with pretty much the whole family. it was relaxing and fun at the same time!!!! we got there Tues. evening and had to leave on Sat. morning :( how sad! So on the way back we had the pleasure of stopping in Paris Idaho. @ the Cemetery and we got to see Michael Grandparents grave and all of our ancestors that were buried the and it was nice. so we finally make it to Cedar where we stay for the night. We wake up Sunday morning and go to our newest family member Tanner Nicolas Merritt's baby blessing. (it was one of those things that make you so excitied to be having a child and have the blessing of your husband being able to give your child a blessing to help them through life) Tanner got a great and lovely blessing from his father and it was a great thing to be able to spend time there with them.. **the only thing missing was Kera The oldest sibling** we headed home that evening. it was nice to be home and have a day before we had to go back to work. we spent the day together just him and I. So that's all about the trip. now for the baby.... we go in for our 28 week check up tomorrow. i have to have a take the glucose test and get my rogham shot for my blood. we are getting closer and closer to Paityn joining our family. She is constantly moving and she is to the point where its not just punches and kicks its actual movement you see like her arm sliding across the belly its so exciting to see her move and the nice thing is as of right now she moves during the day and hardly and night so i think she already knows when morning and night are so that all for now ill update you later

Trip and Family

So....... this Wednesday we go in for our monthly check up. Im so excitied to find out how much i have growin in 1 month. Plus i have to start getting ready for a long trip(but well worth it) to wyoming to see my grandmother and aunts and uncles and cousins. And we get to see my lil sis. who we have missed so so much. we cant wait. **oh and we get to meet our new nephew Tanner whom we have only seen pictures of but cant wait. Plus we get to spend time together and not worry about anything its well worth it to be able to go. So thats all we have to say for now but i will update you on the progress of mine & Paityn's growth. til next time the
